بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي سَوْدَةَ بِنْتِ زَمْعَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -

وَعَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَابِطٍ قَالَ : أَرَادَ النَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فِرَاقَ سَوْدَةَ ، فَدَعَا أَبَا بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ لِيُشْهِدَهُمَا عَلَى طَلَاقِهَا ، فَقَالَتْ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، مَا لِي رَغْبَةٌ فِي الدُّنْيَا إِلَّا لِأُحْشَرَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فِي أَزْوَاجِكَ ، فَيَكُونَ لِي مِنَ الثَّوَابِ مَا لَهُنَّ . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ مُرْسَلًا ، وَفِيهِ جَابِرٌ الْجُعْفِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
Abd al-Rahman bin Sabit narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) intended to separate from Sayyidah Sawdah (may Allah be pleased with her). He called Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) and Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) so that he could make them both witnesses to the divorce given to this lady. Sayyidah Sawdah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: O Messenger of Allah! I have no desire for this world; all I want is that on the Day of Resurrection I be gathered among your wives and that I receive the reward that they will receive.
