Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 14938

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) says: There are three men from Quraysh who are the most handsome of face, the finest in character and the firmest of heart. If they speak to you, they will not lie to you, and if you speak to them, they will not call you a liar. They are Sayyiduna Abu Bakr al-Siddiq, Sayyiduna Abu Ubaydah bin al-Jarrah and Sayyiduna Uthman bin Affan (may Allah be pleased with them).
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and its chain is hasan (good).
