Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 14934

Sayyidah Aishah Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: There are three men from the Ansar such that, after the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), no one else could be counted as more virtuous than them: Sa'd bin Mu'adh, Usayd bin Hudayr and Abbad bin Bishr.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy), except that Ibn Ishaq has narrated it with 'an'anah (using "from").
