Sa'id bin al-Musayyib narrates: A slave girl of Sayyiduna Sa'd bin Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him), named Zira, went out wearing a silk shirt, and the wind lifted her shirt. Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) struck her with his whip (durrah). Sayyiduna Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him) came to stop him, and the whip struck him as well. Then Sayyiduna Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him) began to supplicate against Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), so Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) handed him the whip and said: "Take your retaliation." But he forgave Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him).
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
