وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ : عَنِ الْمُهَاجِرِ بْنِ قُنْفُذٍ قَالَ : قُتِلَ طَلْحَةُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَرْبَعٍ وَسِتِّينَ سَنَةً ، وَدُفِنَ بِالْبَصْرَةِ فِي نَاحِيَةِ ثَقِيفٍ .
وَفِي إِسْنَادِهِمَا الْوَاقِدِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
وَفِي إِسْنَادِهِمَا الْوَاقِدِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
According to one narration, al-Muhajir bin Qunfudh narrates: When Sayyiduna Talhah (may Allah be pleased with him) was martyred, he was sixty-four years old, and he was buried in Basrah, at the edge of (the quarter of) Thaqif. The chains of both these reports contain al-Waqidi, who is da'if (weak).
