بَابُ قَوْلِهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " مَنْ كُنْتُ مَوْلَاهُ فَعَلِيٌّ مَوْلَاهُ " .
The saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Whoever I am the mawla of, Ali is also his mawla"

وَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " مَنْ كُنْتُ مَوْلَاهُ فَعَلِيٌّ مَوْلَاهُ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِي إِسْنَادِهِ مُخْتَلَفٌ فِيهِمْ .

Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever I am the mawla of, Ali is also his mawla."
