وَعَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ قَالَ : كَانَ عُثْمَانُ يَوْمَ الْجُمْعَةِ يَتَوَكَّأُ عَلَى عَصًا ، وَكَانَ أَجْمَلَ النَّاسِ ، وَعَلَيْهِ ثَوْبَانِ أَصْفَرَانِ : إِزَارٌ وَرِدَاءٌ ، حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ الْمِنْبَرَ فَيَجْلِسَ عَلَيْهِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ عَنْ شَيْخِهِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ دَاوُدَ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

Musa bin Talhah narrates: On Fridays, Sayyiduna Uthman al-Ghani (may Allah be pleased with him) would lean on a staff. He was the most handsome of people. He wore two yellow garments, a waist-wrap and a sheet, and he would come to the pulpit and sit on it.
Al-Tabarani recorded it from his teacher al-Miqdam bin Dawud, who is da'if (weak).
