Majma al-Zawaid 14491 — The description of Uthman
وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حَزْمٍ الْمَازِنِيِّ قَالَ : رَأَيْتُ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ فَمَا رَأَيْتُ قَطُّ ذَكَرًا وَلَا أُنْثَى أَحْسَنَ وَجْهًا مِنْهُ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ بَدْرٍ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Hazm al-Mazini (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I saw Sayyiduna Uthman al-Ghani (may Allah be pleased with him), and I have never seen any man or woman with a more handsome face than his.
