بَابُ أَنَّ اللَّهَ جَعَلَ الْحَقَّ عَلَى لِسَانِ عُمَرَ وَقَلْبِهِ .
Allah placed the truth on the tongue and heart of Umar (may Allah be pleased with him)
Majma al-Zawaid 14428 — Allah placed the truth on the tongue and heart
وَعَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ : مَا كُنَّا نُبْعِدُ أَنَّ السَّكِينَةَ تَنْطِقُ عَلَى لِسَانِ عُمَرَ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَإِسْنَادُهُ حَسَنٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: We did not consider it far-fetched that tranquillity (sakinah) speaks upon the tongue of Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him).
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it, and its chain is hasan (good).
