وَعَنْ حَكِيمَةَ بِنْتِ أُمَيْمَةَ ، عَنْ أُمِّهَا قَالَتْ : كَانَ لِلنَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَدَحٌ مِنْ عِيدَانٍ يَبُولُ فِيهِ وَيَضَعُهُ تَحْتَ سَرِيرِهِ ، فَقَامَ فَطَلَبَهُ فَلَمْ يَجِدْهُ ، فَسَأَلَ فَقَالَ : " أَيْنَ الْقَدَحُ ؟ " . قَالُوا : شَرِبَتْهُ بَرَّةُ - خَادِمُ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ الَّتِي قَدِمَتْ مَعَهَا مِنْ أَرْضِ الْحَبَشَةِ - فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " لَقَدِ احْتَظَرْتِ مِنَ النَّارِ بِحِظَارٍ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ غَيْرَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ وَحَكِيمَةَ وَكِلَاهُمَا ثِقَةٌ .
Sayyidah Hakimah bint Umaymah (may Allah be pleased with her) reports this statement of her mother: "The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had a cup made of wood in which he would urinate, and he kept that vessel under his bed. One day he got up and looked for it, but did not find it. He asked about it and said: 'Where is the cup?' The people said that the maidservant of Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her), whose name was Barrah and who had come with her from the land of Abyssinia, had drunk it. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: 'She has obtained a strong barrier of protection from Hellfire.'"
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except for Abdullah bin Ahmad bin Hanbal and Sayyidah Hakimah (may Allah be pleased with her), and both of them are thiqah (trustworthy).
