وَعَنِ السَّائِبِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " فُضِّلْتُ عَلَى الْأَنْبِيَاءِ بِخَمْسٍ : بُعِثْتُ إِلَى النَّاسِ كَافَّةً ، وَدَخَرْتُ شَفَاعَتِي لِأُمَّتِي ، وَنُصِرْتُ بِالرُّعْبِ شَهْرًا أَمَامِي وَشَهْرًا خَلْفِي ، وَجُعِلَتْ لِيَ الْأَرْضُ مَسْجِدًا وَطَهُورًا ، وَأُحِلَّتْ لِيَ الْغَنَائِمُ وَلَمْ تَحِلَّ لِأَحَدٍ قَبْلِي " ، رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي فَرْوَةَ وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .
Sayyiduna al-Sa'ib bin Yazid (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I have been given superiority over the other prophets in five respects: I have been sent to all people; I have kept my intercession in reserve for my Ummah; I have been helped by awe from a distance of a month ahead of me and a month behind me; the earth has been made for me a place of prayer and a means of purification; and the spoils of war have been made lawful for me, which were not lawful for anyone before me."
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Ishaq bin Abdullah bin Abi Farwah, and he is matruk (abandoned).
