وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : نُصِرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - بِالرُّعْبِ عَلَى عَدُوِّهِ مَسِيرَةَ شَهْرَيْنِ ، رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُهَاجِرٍ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) says: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was helped against the enemy by awe from a distance of two months.
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Isma'il bin Ibrahim bin Muhajir, and he is da'if (weak).
