بَابُ عِظَمِ قَدْرِهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ .

وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ : خِيَارُ وَلَدِ آدَمَ خَمْسَةٌ : نُوحٌ وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ وَعِيسَى وَمُوسَى وَمُحَمَّدٌ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وَخَيْرُهُمْ مُحَمَّدٌ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وَصَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمْ أَجْمَعِينَ وَسَلَّمَ .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) says: "The chosen ones among the children of Adam are five: Sayyiduna Nuh (peace be upon him), Sayyiduna Ibrahim (peace be upon him), Sayyiduna Isa (peace be upon him), Sayyiduna Musa (peace be upon him) and Sayyiduna Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him); and the best of them all is Sayyiduna Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him)." May Allah Almighty send blessings and peace upon all of them.
