عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : وُلِدَ النَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَوْمَ الْإِثْنَيْنِ . فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ ، وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَ فِي الْعِلْمِ فِي بَابِ التَّارِيخِ . رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was born on Monday, and after this the narrator mentioned the complete narration, which has already passed in the Book of Knowledge, in the chapter on history.
