وَعَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " إِنَّ مِنْ مُوجِبَاتِ الْمَغْفِرَةِ إِدْخَالُ السُّرُورِ عَلَى أَخِيكَ الْمُسْلِمِ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ وَالْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ جَهْمُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
Sayyiduna Imam Hasan bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Indeed, among the things that make forgiveness due is bringing joy to a Muslim brother."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat and al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Jahm bin Uthman, who is da'if (weak).
