Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 13570

Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever peeps into his neighbour's house and looks at the private parts of his Muslim brother, or sees the hair of his wife or any part of her body, it is binding upon Allah Almighty to admit him into Hell."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains a narrator, Yahya bin Anbasah, and he is a fabricator of hadith (wadda').
