وَعَنِ السَّائِبِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَبَّلَ حَسَنًا ، فَقَالَ لَهُ الْأَقْرَعُ بْنُ حَابِسٍ : لَقَدْ وُلِدَ لِي عَشْرٌ مَا قَبَّلْتُ وَاحِدًا مِنْهُمْ . فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " لَا يَرْحَمُ اللَّهُ مَنْ لَا يَرْحَمُ النَّاسَ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna al-Sa'ib bin Yazid (may Allah be pleased with him) relates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) kissed Sayyiduna Imam Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him). Al-Aqra' bin Habis said to him (peace and blessings be upon him): "I have ten children, and I have never kissed any of them." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah Almighty does not show mercy to the one who does not show mercy to people."
