وَعَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ قَالَ : أَوْصَانِي خَلِيلِي - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أَنْ لَا تَأْخُذَنِي فِي اللَّهِ لَوْمَةُ لَائِمٍ ، وَأَوْصَانِي بِصِلَةِ الرَّحِمِ وَإِنْ أَدْبَرَتْ . فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الصَّغِيرِ وَالْكَبِيرِ فِي حَدِيثٍ طَوِيلٍ وَالْبَزَّارُ وَرِجَالُ الطَّبَرَانِيِّ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ غَيْرَ سَلَامِ بْنِ الْمُنْذِرِ وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ .
Sayyiduna Abu Dharr al-Ghifari (may Allah be pleased with him) says: My beloved friend (peace and blessings be upon him) advised me that the blame of any blamer should not seize me in the matter of Allah Almighty, and he advised me to maintain the ties of kinship even if (the relative) turns his back. Then the narrator mentioned the complete hadith.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Saghir and al-Mu'jam al-Kabir within a long hadith, and al-Bazzar also recorded it. The narrators of al-Tabarani are the narrators of the Sahih, except for Sallam bin al-Mundhir, who is thiqah (trustworthy).
