Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) says: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "The womb (that is, kinship) is a part of (the grace of) the Most Merciful. It (the womb) says: 'O my Lord, I have been severed! O my Lord, I have been treated badly! O my Lord, I have been wronged! O my Lord! O my Lord!' (that is, this happened and that happened). The Lord answers it: 'Are you not pleased that I will join whoever keeps you joined, and cut off whoever cuts you off?'" (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: There is a hadith from this Companion in the Sahih other than this one.
Ahmad recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except for Muhammad bin Abd al-Jabbar, who is thiqah (trustworthy).
