Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 13237

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A barefoot person has more right to the middle of the road than one wearing shoes."
Al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Ibn Lahi'ah, and a narrator, Yahya bin Uthman bin Salih; the hadith narrated by both of them is hasan (good), and there is weakness in both of them.
