وَعَنْ سَمُرَةَ - يَعْنِي ابْنَ جُنْدُبٍ - أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - كَانَ يَنْهَى النِّسَاءَ أَنْ يَضْطَجِعَ بَعْضُهُنَّ مَعَ بَعْضٍ إِلَّا وَبَيْنَهُنَّ ثِيَابٌ ، وَأَنْ يَضْطَجِعَ الرَّجُلُ مَعَ صَاحِبِهِ إِلَّا وَبَيْنَهُمَا ثَوْبٌ . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ مَنْ لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُمْ . وَرَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ يُوسُفُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ السَّمْتِيُّ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
Sayyiduna Samurah bin Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to forbid women from lying with one another with no garment between them (if there is a garment between them, the ruling is different), and he also forbade a man from lying with another man with no garment between them (if there is a garment between them, the ruling is different).
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and its chain contains narrators whom I do not know.
Al-Bazzar recorded it. Its chain contains Yusuf bin Khalid al-Samti, and he is da'if (weak).
