Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 13179

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Ja'far (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever shoots arrows at us at night is not one of us; and whoever sleeps on a roof that has no wall (that is, a parapet), and then falls and dies, his blood is forfeit (hadar)."
This narration was recorded by Imam al-Tabarani. Its chain contains a narrator, Yazid bin Iyad, who is matruk (abandoned).
