وَعَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ الْبَشِيرِ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " الْمُسْتَشَارُ مُؤْتَمَنٌ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ حَفْصُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَسَدِيُّ وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .
Sayyiduna al-Nu'man bin Bashir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The one whose counsel is sought is made a trustee."
