وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - مَرَّ بِرَجُلٍ يُعَذَّبُ فِي قَبْرِهِ فِي النَّمِيمَةِ . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ خُلَيْدُ بْنُ دَعْلَجٍ وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by (the grave of) a man who was being punished in his grave for tale-bearing.
This narration was recorded by Imam al-Tabarani in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and its chain contains a narrator, Khulayd bin Da'laj, who is matruk (abandoned).
