بَابُ لَا فَضْلَ لِأَحَدٍ عَلَى أَحَدٍ إِلَّا بِالتَّقْوَى
No one has superiority over another except by piety

وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ : " إِنَّ أَنْسَابَكُمْ هَذِهِ لَيْسَتْ بِمَسَبَّةٍ عَلَى أَحَدٍ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ وَفِيهِ لِينٌ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ وُثِّقُوا .

In one narration the words are: "These lineages of yours cannot be a cause for reviling anyone."
Ahmad and al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Ibn Lahi'ah, in whom there is weakness. The rest of its narrators have been declared trustworthy.
