Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 13052

Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to Sayyiduna Abu Ayyub (may Allah be pleased with him): "Shall I not guide you to a trade?" He said: "Yes indeed." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Bring people together when they have turned against one another, and create closeness between them when they have drifted apart from one another."
Al-Bazzar recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Abd al-Rahman bin Abdullah al-Umari, and he is matruk (abandoned).
