Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 13046

Sayyiduna Harithah bin al-Nu'man (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Three things will afflict my Ummah: taking evil omens, envy and suspicion. A man asked: 'What can remove them, O Messenger of Allah, from the people in whom they are found?' The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: 'When you envy, seek forgiveness from Allah Almighty; when you suspect, do not investigate it; and when you take an omen, carry on with it (even if the omen is bad).'"
Al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Isma'il bin Qays al-Ansari, and he is da'if (weak).
