بَابُ مَا نُهِيَ عَنْ سَبِّهِ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ وَمَا يَفْعَلُ بِالدَّابَّةِ إِذَا أُجِيبَ فِي لَعْنِهَا
Animals that may not be reviled, and what is done with an animal when a curse upon it is answered
Majma al-Zawaid 13036 — Animals that may not be reviled
وَعَنْهَا أَنَّهَا رَكِبَتْ جَمَلًا فَلَعَنَتْهُ ، فَقَالَ لَهَا النَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " لَا تَرْكَبِيهِ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَأَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ إِلَّا أَنَّ يَحْيَى بْنَ وَثَّابٍ لَمْ يَسْمَعْ مِنْ عَائِشَةَ وَإِنْ كَانَ تَابِعِيًّا .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَأَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ إِلَّا أَنَّ يَحْيَى بْنَ وَثَّابٍ لَمْ يَسْمَعْ مِنْ عَائِشَةَ وَإِنْ كَانَ تَابِعِيًّا .
It is narrated from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that she mounted a camel and cursed it, so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not ride it."
Ahmad and Abu Ya'la recorded it, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy), except that the narrator Yahya bin Waththab did not hear from Sayyidah Aishah Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her), even though he is a Tabi'i.
