وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - :
" لَا تَسُبُّوا تُبَّعًا ، فَإِنَّهُ قَدْ أَسْلَمَ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَزَّةَ الْمَكِّيُّ وَلَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not revile Tubba', for he had accepted Islam."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and its chain contains Ahmad bin Abi Bazzah al-Makki, and I do not know him. The remaining narrators of this report are thiqat (trustworthy).
