بَابُ الْمُسْلِمِ ، كَالْمُشْرِفِ عَلَى الْهَلَكَةِ " .

Majma al-Zawaid 13016 — the Muslim is like one on the brink
وَعَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - :
" إِذَا قَالَ الرَّجُلُ لِأَخِيهِ : يَا كَافِرُ . فَهُوَ كَقَتْلِهِ " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .
" إِذَا قَالَ الرَّجُلُ لِأَخِيهِ : يَا كَافِرُ . فَهُوَ كَقَتْلِهِ " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When a man says to his brother, 'O disbeliever!', it is like killing him."
Al-Bazzar recorded it, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
