وَعَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ :
" يَطَّلِعُ اللَّهُ إِلَى جَمِيعِ خَلْقِهِ لَيْلَةَ النِّصْفِ مِنْ شَعْبَانَ ، فَيَغْفِرُ لِجَمِيعِ خَلْقِهِ ، إِلَّا لِمُشْرِكٍ ، أَوْ مُشَاحِنٍ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَالْأَوْسَطِ وَرِجَالُهُمَا ثِقَاتٌ .

رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَالْأَوْسَطِ وَرِجَالُهُمَا ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "On the night of the middle of Sha'ban, Allah Almighty turns His attention to all His creation and forgives all His creation, except for the polytheist and the one who holds enmity (or resentment)."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; the narrators of both are thiqat (trustworthy).
