Majma al-Zawaid 12857 — Changing names, the names that are prohibited

Sayyiduna Buraydah (may Allah be pleased with him) says: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade that the name Kalb or Kulayb be given.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains Salih bin Hibban, who is da'if (weak).
