وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ : أَعْطَانِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - نَاقَةً سَوْدَاءَ كَأَنَّهَا فَحْمَةٌ صَعْبَةٌ لَمْ تُخْطَمْ ، فَمَسَحَهَا ثُمَّ دَعَا لِي عَلَيْهَا بِالْبَرَكَةِ ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : " يَا عَائِشَةُ ، ارْكَبِي وَارْفُقِي " .
وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ : فَجَعَلْتُ أَضْرِبُهَا .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ بِإِسْنَادَيْنِ ، رِجَالُ أَحَدِهِمَا رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ : فَجَعَلْتُ أَضْرِبُهَا .

Sayyidah Aishah Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gave me a black she-camel, as if it were a lump of coal, which was difficult to ride; no halter had yet been put on it. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) stroked it, then he prayed for blessing for me in it, then he said: O Aishah! Mount it and be gentle. In one narration the words are: I began to beat it.
