Sayyiduna al-Husayn bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) thought of something in his heart for Ibn Sayyad and asked him about what he had thought of for him. He said: "Dukh." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Be gone! You will never go beyond your rank." When he turned away, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked: "What did he say?" Someone said: "He said 'wakh'." Someone else said: "Rather, he said 'dukh'." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I am present among you and still you have fallen into disagreement; after me you will fall into even more severe disagreement."
Al-Tabarani recorded it with two chains, the narrators of one of which are the narrators of the Sahih.
