وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " إِنَّ بَيْنَ يَدَيِ السَّاعَةِ ثَلَاثِينَ كَذَّابًا ، مِنْهُمُ الْأَسْوَدُ الْعَنْسِيُّ وَصَاحِبُ صَنْعَاءَ وَصَاحِبُ الْيَمَامَةِ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَأَبُو يَعْلَى وَالْبَزَّارُ بِاخْتِصَارٍ ، وَفِيهِ قَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ وَثَّقَهُ شُعْبَةُ وَالثَّوْرِيُّ ، وَضَعَّفَهُ جَمَاعَةٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin al-Zubayr (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Before the Hour thirty liars will come; among them are al-Aswad al-Ansi, the one from San'a' and the one from al-Yamamah."
Imam al-Tabarani and Imam Abu Ya'la recorded it, and Imam al-Bazzar recorded it in abridged form. Its chain contains a narrator, Qays bin al-Rabi', whom Shu'bah and al-Thawri declared thiqah (trustworthy), while a group declared him da'if (weak).
