وَعَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مِنِ اقْتِرَابِ السَّاعَةِ كَثْرَةُ الْمَطَرِ ، وَقِلَّةُ النَّبَاتِ ، وَكَثْرَةُ الْقُرَّاءِ ، وَقِلَّةُ الْفُقَهَاءِ ، وَكَثْرَةُ الْأُمَرَاءِ ، وَقِلَّةُ الْأُمَنَاءِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ الْغَفَّارِ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ وَهُوَ وَضَّاعٌ .

Sayyiduna Abd al-Rahman al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Among the signs of the Hour drawing near are abundant rain and little produce, many reciters and few jurists, many rulers and few trustworthy people."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Abd al-Ghaffar bin al-Qasim, and he is a fabricator of hadith.
