Sayyiduna Abu Dharr al-Ghifari (may Allah be pleased with him) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "When the time (of the Hour) draws near, the tayalisah cloth will be worn abundantly, trade will increase, wealth will increase, the man of wealth will be regarded as great, indecency will become widespread, children will rule, women will become many, the ruler will be oppressive, there will be cheating in measuring and weighing, a man will consider raising a puppy better than raising a child, the elder will not be respected, the young will not be shown mercy, children born of fornication will become numerous, until a man will have intercourse with a woman in the road, and the best person of that time will be the one who says: It would have been proper if you had done this away from the road. They will be wearing the skins of sheep while their hearts are like those of wolves, and the most exemplary person of that time will be the one who compromises (with people)."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and its chain contains Sayf bin Miskin, who is da'if (weak).
