وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " يَكُونُ فِي أُمَّتِي خَلِيفَةٌ يَحْثُو الْمَالَ فِي النَّاسِ حَثْيًا لَا يَعُدُّهُ عَدًّا " . ثُمَّ قَالَ : " وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَيَعُودَنِ " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There will be a caliph in my Ummah who will give people wealth in handfuls; he will not count it. Then he said: By the One in whose Hand my soul is! Those people will do so again (that is, they will ask or take more)."
