عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " لَا تَقْرُبُوا الْفِتْنَةَ إِذَا حَمِيَتْ ، وَلَا تَعَرَّضُوا لَهَا إِذَا [أَ]عْرَضَتْ ، وَأَضْرِبُوا إِذَا أَقْبَلَتْ " .
قُلْتُ : لَعَلَّهُ " وَاصْبِرُوا لَهَا إِذَا أَقْبَلَتْ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ .
قُلْتُ : لَعَلَّهُ " وَاصْبِرُوا لَهَا إِذَا أَقْبَلَتْ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ .
Sayyiduna Abu al-Darda (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When tribulation has become heated, do not go near it; when it presents itself, do not put yourselves in its way; and when it comes, strike it!" (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: Perhaps the (correct) words are: "When it comes, be patient with it."
