اُردوEn
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " لَا حَرَجَ إِلَّا فِي قَتْلِ مُسْلِمٍ " ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ لَيْثُ بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمٍ وَهُوَ مُدَلِّسٌ .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no harm, except in the matter of killing a Muslim." He (peace and blessings be upon him) said this three times.
Al-Tabarani recorded this narration in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains Layth bin Abi Sulaym, who is a mudallis.
