وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " لَوِ اجْتَمَعَ أَهْلُ السَّمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ عَلَى قَتْلِ مُؤْمِنٍ لَكَبَّهُمُ اللَّهُ فِي النَّارِ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ أَبُو حَمْزَةَ الْأَعْوَرُ وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ ، وَقَالَ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ : يَكْتُبُ حَدِيثَهُ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If all the inhabitants of the heaven and the earth gathered together to kill a believer, Allah Almighty would throw them into Hell."
Al-Tabarani recorded this narration in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains Abu Hamzah al-A'war, who is matruk (abandoned). Abu Hatim said: His hadith may be written down. The remaining narrators of this narration are the narrators of the Sahih.
