بَابُ لَا تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ عَلَى الْحَقِّ .
A group of this Ummah will always remain upon the truth

وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " لَا تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي يُقَاتِلُونَ عَلَى أَبْوَابِ دِمَشْقَ وَمَا حَوْلَهُ عَلَى أَبْوَابِ بَيْتِ الْمَقْدِسِ وَمَا حَوْلَهُ ، لَا يَضُرُّهُمْ خِذْلَانُ مَنْ خَذَلَهُمْ ، ظَاهِرِينَ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ عَبَّادٍ وَهُوَ مَجْهُولٌ .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "A group of my Ummah will continue to fight at the gates of Damascus, and a group will continue to fight at the gates of Bayt al-Maqdis and around it. Whoever tries to forsake them, his efforts will not harm them, and they will remain dominant until the Day of Resurrection."
