بَابُ لَا تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ عَلَى الْحَقِّ .

وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا تَزَالُ أُمَّتِي ظَاهِرِينَ عَلَى الْحَقِّ حَتَّى يَنْزِلَ عِيسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ ، فَيَقُولُ إِمَامُهُمْ : تَقَدَّمْ ، فَيَقُولُ : أَنْتَ أَحَقُّ ، بَعْضُكُمْ أُمَرَاءُ عَلَى بَعْضٍ ، أَمْرٌ أَكْرَمَ بِهِ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةَ " . رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَفِيهِ مُوسَى بْنُ عُبَيْدَةَ وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .
Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "My Ummah will always remain upon the truth, until Sayyiduna Isa bin Maryam (peace be upon him) descends. Then their imam will say: 'Go forward!' And he will say: 'You are more entitled; you are leaders over one another.' (The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:) This is a matter by which Allah Almighty has honoured this Ummah."
