Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah Almighty revealed to one of the angels: 'Overturn such-and-such a city upon its inhabitants.' The angel said: 'In it lives Your servant so-and-so, who has not disobeyed You even for the blink of an eye.' Allah Almighty said: 'Overturn it upon him and upon them, for his face never changed (in anger) for My sake even for a single moment.'"
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat through the narration of Ubayd bin Ishaq al-Attar from Ammar bin Sayf, and both of them are da'if (weak); Ammar bin Sayf was declared thiqah (trustworthy) by Abdullah bin al-Mubarak and a group, and Abu Hatim approved of Ubayd bin Ishaq.
