عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " كُلُّ شَيْءٍ يَنْقُصُ إِلَّا الشَّرَّ فَإِنَّهُ يُزَادُ فِيهِ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ وَرَجُلٌ لَمْ يُسَمَّ .

Sayyiduna Abu al-Darda' (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Everything decreases, except evil, for it keeps increasing."
Ahmad and al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Abu Bakr bin Abi Maryam, who is da'if (weak), and a narrator whose name has not been mentioned.
