وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ قَالَ - يَعْنِي آدَمَ : فَأَنَا أَقْدَمُ أَمِ الذِّكْرُ ؟ " .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَأَحْمَدُ بِنَحْوِهِ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُهُمْ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

In one narration the words are: He, that is, Sayyiduna Adam (peace be upon him), said: Am I earlier, or is the Remembrance (that is, the Preserved Tablet) earlier?
