وَعَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ : رُفِعَ الْكِتَابُ ، وَجَفَّ الْقَلَمُ ، وَأُمُورٌ بِقَضَاءٍ فِي كِتَابٍ قَدْ خَلَا .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ لَيْثُ بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمٍ وَهُوَ لَيِّنُ الْحَدِيثِ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Imam Hasan bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: The Book has been raised and the Pen has dried, and the matters concerning the decree are in a Book, already settled beforehand.
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains Layth bin Abi Sulaym, who is layyin (soft) in hadith, and the rest of its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
