عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " إِنَّ الْبَيْتَ الَّذِي يُقْرَأُ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ يَكْثُرُ خَيْرُهُ ، وَالْبَيْتُ الَّذِي لَا يُقْرَأُ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ يَقِلُّ خَيْرُهُ " . رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَقَالَ : لَمْ يَرْوِهِ إِلَّا أَنَسٌ ، وَفِيهِ عُمَرُ بْنُ نَبْهَانَ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Indeed, the house in which the Qur'an is recited, its good increases, and the house in which the Qur'an is not recited, its good decreases."
Al-Bazzar recorded it, and he said:
This report is transmitted only from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him). Its chain contains a narrator, Umar bin Nabhan, who is da'if (weak).
