Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 11629

Sayyiduna Sahl bin Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If the Qur'an were in a hide, the fire would not touch it."
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and its chain contains a narrator, Abd al-Wahhab bin al-Dahhak, who is matruk (abandoned).
