It is reported about Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that he recited this verse: "Wherever he is directed, he will not bring any good."
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Yahya bin Abd al-Hamid al-Himmani, who is da'if (weak).
